1. ขอบเขตของนโยบาย
นโยบายนี้อธิบายวิธีที่ LOOX (“บริษัท”) เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการเว็บไซต์และเครื่องมือสร้างภาพนางแบบด้วย AI ของบริษัท
2. ข้อมูลที่เราจัดเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: ชื่อ อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ รหัสผ่าน (เข้ารหัส)
- ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน: ประวัติการทำรายการ (การประมวลผลบัตรเครดิตดำเนินการโดยผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินภายนอกที่ได้มาตรฐาน PCI-DSS บริษัทไม่จัดเก็บเลขบัตรเต็มรูปแบบ)
- ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: prompt คำสั่งสร้างภาพ ไฟล์ที่อัปโหลด (เช่น ภาพสินค้า) และภาพผลลัพธ์ที่สร้างขึ้น
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: IP address, ประเภทอุปกรณ์, cookies, log การใช้งาน
- ข้อมูลติดต่อเมื่อท่านติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า
3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล
- เพื่อให้บริการสร้างภาพและจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้
- เพื่อประมวลผลการชำระเงินและออกใบเสร็จ/ใบกำกับภาษี
- เพื่อตรวจสอบเนื้อหา (moderation) และป้องกันการใช้งานที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดการให้บริการ

บริษัทประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายใต้ฐานทางกฎหมายอย่างน้อยหนึ่งข้อดังนี้ (1) ความจำเป็นเพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญากับผู้ใช้ (2) ความยินยอมของเจ้าของข้อมูล (3) ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัท เช่น การป้องกันการฉ้อโกงหรือการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ (4) การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สาม
บริษัทอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลบางส่วนแก่ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเท่าที่จำเป็น เช่น:
- ผู้ให้บริการประมวลผลการชำระเงิน (payment gateway)

บริษัทจะไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้บุคคลที่สามเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาดโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม
6. ระยะเวลาในการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

- สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
- สิทธิขอถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้
- สิทธิคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลในบางกรณี
- สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล (data portability)
ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิดังกล่าวได้โดยติดต่อผ่านช่องทางในข้อ 11
8. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
บริษัทใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสม เช่น การเข้ารหัสข้อมูล การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง และการตรวจสอบระบบอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
9. คุกกี้ (Cookies)
เว็บไซต์ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อจดจำการตั้งค่า วิเคราะห์การใช้งาน และปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ ท่านสามารถจัดการการตั้งค่าคุกกี้ได้ผ่านเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน
10. ข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์
บริการนี้ไม่ได้มีไว้สำหรับบุคคลอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปี และบริษัทไม่มีเจตนาจัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เยาว์โดยเจตนา หากพบว่ามีการเก็บข้อมูลของผู้เยาว์โดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ บริษัทจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลดังกล่าวโดยเร็วที่สุด
